An order is confirmed only once we issue a written confirmation and any agreed advance payment is received. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enquiry at our discretion.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms, including any advance, will be specified in the quote or invoice. We reserve the right to revise pricing for quotes that have expired or where requirements change.

Where branding, engraving, printing, or personalisation is requested, you are responsible for providing accurate artwork and approving proofs. Once artwork is approved and production begins, customised orders generally cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned. Minor variations in colour, finish, or material may occur and are considered acceptable.

We arrange delivery across India through third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines shared are estimates and are not guaranteed against delays caused by couriers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Given the customised nature of corporate gifting, cancellations and returns are limited. Standard, unbranded stock items may be eligible for return only if unused and in original condition, subject to our approval. Any refund, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method after inspection. Please report damaged or defective goods within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
